Updated, December 2012 - After installation of seasons patch this lot might have shown the sunken rabbit. I added one row to the cellar. The rabbit should be invisible again.

Update Dezember 2012: Nach dem Jahreszeiten-Patch kann es vorkommen, dass das Rabbithole nach der Installation außen sichbar ist. Ich musste dem Keller eine Reihe anfügen, nun sollte das Rabbithole korrekt wieder versteckt sein.
