Task
This months contest involves building this modern Prefab house - see floorplan below. The Monthly Makes theme this month is Black & White and I want to incorporate this contest with that theme, however I am giving you one accent color and that color is up to you and you can use different shades of the accent color but you must stay true to the accent color.
Must haves:
- The roof must be flat
- The house must be built on a foundation
- The exterior of the house must have a modern feel to it in regarding to the landscaping and the theme "Black & White" with one accent color must be present.
- The interior must be modern - use clear lines and little clutter
